According to MarketNews our beloved Canadian Future Shop has announced and released a BlackBerry application that lets your browse and purchase for their catalog. Not only that, but it ties in directly with the Wallet application, meaning you don’t even need to whip out the credit card to make a purchase. Download available here: FutureShop BlackBerry Application

It should be mentioned that the “application” appears to just install a simple shortcut to Future Shop’s mobile web site. However, what it actually installs is RIM’s ECOE (Ecommerce Content Optimization Engine - http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB15537&sliceId=SAL_Public&dialogID=72931215&stateId=0%200%2072929957) which is the application that allows you to use your BlackBerry Wallet data to pay for your purchases.

I also couldn’t find the download link on my BlackBerry using the link supplied. The Future Shop application is available by both OTA and IE Web Loader at:

I installed it but didn’t get the link anywhere on my device. It did install the ECOE, but that’s it.

Does anyone have the link to the FS site?
