Desktop Manager 4.6 Now Available

While the march of official builds continue for OS 4.5 and the BlackBerry Bold coming more into focus, RIM has been working on a much lower profile endeavor. There were quite a few happy campers when Desktop Manager 4.5 launched along with the new OS (for GSM anyway - poor CDMA has only whisps of dreams at the moment). It seems That Desktop Manager 4.6 has been officially released by Vodafone. The release is a multilanguage download, with a file name of 460_b008_multilanguage.exe

Will the 4.6 desktop manager work with my 8700g blackberry?my handheld has the version 4.2 .should I put the version 4.5.0.75?what do u think I should do?

after updating to 4.6 i;m no longer able to backup my device. it just give unknown error and quits. 4.5 works fine
