Rogers 8220 Pearl Launch Parties to Start on September 23

Thanks to a tip from a very good friend of the site, BlackBerryNews has learnt that Canada’s Rogers Wireless will start holding launch parties for the upcoming 8220 Pearl starting with the city of Toronto on the 23rd of September.

The parties, which unfortunatly are not open to members of the public, will be making stops in Montreal on the 25th, Vancouver on the 30th, and ending with Calgary on the 2nd of October.

If you’re fortunate enough to be one of the lucky few eligible to enter your name into the drawing for the event, be sure to check out the website:

UPDATE: The 8220 Pearl is now listed as “COMING SOON!” on the Rogers website. It’s about time that Rogers officially owned up to its existence with a mention on their website. After all, they have been sending out flyers for it across Canada the past few weeks.
