BlackBerry NewsVerizon’s Storm Website Launches, Dissapoints

A day after internally announcing the 9530 Storm, Verizon officially launched the much anticipated website for the first touch-screen BlackBerry. And while it’s great that Verizon is now public about the existence of the phone, there is one huge problem… the website stinks!
Upon visiting the website, the Verizon and BlackBerry faithful are greeted by a promising teaser image of the device. But that’s all there is to look at. The only other information the website offers about the Storm is that if you sign up for email alerts “you’ll be the first to know when it’s available for purchase, so you can be the first to get your hands on it.”
Now am I just cynical, or does this not disappoint? Check out the website yourself at http://estore.vzwshop.com/storm/ and let me know your thoughts.
