This had to be the worst launch of a new product ...EVER !!!!Nobody knew anything . Not in the stores or at their 1-800 number. They couldn' tell me as of Dec 12 who had a Storm. The only suggestion was that I could order one and it would be shipped to me sometime in January. Sounds easy but i wanted to discover whether I would even want one...the only way would be to try it...but no Storm (Eaton Centre said they had 40 but sold out ). They even went on to say that if I ordered online and didn't like it i could return it...hmmmmm sounds too easy.

I am a Bell customer since 1985 I think this is thworst launch ever also you think they wouls supply the stupid thing for christmas instead you must place an order for Jan with $50.00 dollars to get one how stupid. Ive even been told "because I'm not a new activation I can't get one yet" why release something to the public if they can't even buy it a couple of days later. I'm now thinking of switching. to another carrier. I'm ovousley not an important customer from 1985. I don't even want it any more because its to much trouble to even get. 20 ,5,30 ,to stores with the poprlation of toronto and GTA Ha how dump thinking and rediculas this should be illegal marketing or not
