BlackBerry GeneralBeamReader 1.0 released, includes File Manager

Almost a year in beta, BeamReader today launched its version 1.0 product—with some pretty nice additions!
For long BeamBerry has been one of the only Acrobat PDF viewing applications for the BlackBerry with its BeamBerry application. Open PDF documents from your Media Card, Device Memory or from an email attachment.
But developer SLG Mobile added more (after the jump).
File Manager

BeamReader includes a native file manager for document management on your BlackBerry, including thumbnail previews, creating new Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents from File Manager (with DocsToGo already loaded) as well as attaching documents to emails.
BeamReader does not require any server side pre-processing to display the PDF documents. All document rendering is completely local to the BlackBerry device , making BeamReader a secure option for PDF viewing.
The best new is the price–$19.99, for an individual license.
Take your BlackBerry browser to http://www.slgmobile.com/download and download it OTA today. A PC download/install is is located here.
I’ll be quite honest, I’ve been working down the beta trail with them, and they are super nice guys to work with and have a good customer support sense about them.
