Vodafone and Bharti Airtel Bring the 8220 to India

Blackberry India
After the Indian government loosened its grip on Research in Motion, Blackberry devices are becoming abundant in India. RIM in conjunction with Vodafone India and Bharti Airtel, recently announced the not-so-new-to-us Blackberry Pearl Flip 8220 which should be available for purchase by the end January.
Bharti Airtel is selling the device for Rs. 21,990 or $452.82 USD where as Vodafone India will be offering the device for Rs. 21,199 or $454.19 USD. Talk about some stiff competition. Both companies already are stocking the Blackberry Bold so it should be interesting to see how the two compare sales wise.
